All sales are final We do not offer refunds or returns for standard purchases. All sales are final.

Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at support@emirconnect.com. We will evaluate the issue and, if verified, process a full refund or replacement.

How to Report an Issue

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.
  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery if the item is defective or incorrect.
  • Include your receipt or proof of purchase and photos of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned or refunded, including:

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange a product, please place a new order for the desired item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
For orders shipped to the European Union, you have a 14-day right to cancel your order for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received (unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging), and you must provide proof of purchase. Defective or damaged items are handled separately as outlined above.
